Get credentialed. Get dispatched.
We're credentialing a 60,000+ vendor network into the managed repair program. If you run tree, storm, water, or envelope work and can carry insurance-grade documentation, we want you in the pool.
What it takes to be dispatch-eligible.
Three gates. All three have to stay current, and lapses remove a vendor from the dispatch pool until they're resolved.
Profile Gorilla credentialing
Credentialing through Profile Gorilla, the body insurers use to vet contractor networks. We'll point you to the process if you're not already in it.
Current certificate of insurance
General liability and workers' compensation appropriate to your trade, kept current on file with us. Expired COI means no dispatch.
Documentation discipline
Photo documentation and scope records returned on every job. Carrier files depend on it, so it isn't optional.
Work that comes to you.
Credentialed vendors receive dispatches in their trade and service radius, with the claim details handled before the call.
Carrier-sourced work
Jobs originate from carriers and adjusters, not from you bidding for them.
Scoped before dispatch
Loss details, contact, and trade requirement are established before you're called.
Your trade, your radius
Dispatches matched to the trades you perform and the area you cover.
CAT event call-ups
Credentialed vendors are pulled into declared events when regional capacity is short.
Apply to the network.
Tell us what you do and where you do it. If you're a fit for the program we'll follow up with the credentialing steps.
