48 states. One dispatch line.
The managed repair program covers the entire continental United States. Vendor density is deepest on both coasts and through the storm corridor, and CAT events pull from the wider credentialed network.
Where the vendors actually are.
Coverage is national, but capacity isn't uniform. This is how the network is weighted today.
Atlantic & Southeast: highest capacity
Deepest density in the program. Hurricane exposure from the Gulf through the Carolinas drives the highest vendor concentration and the most CAT deployment history.
Pacific & Mountain: established capacity
Established coverage across the coastal states, with wildfire and wind-event capability through the interior mountain states.
Midwest & Plains: expanding capacity
Coverage across the tornado and ice-storm corridor, with credentialing actively expanding through the interior states.
All 48 continental states.
A service request in any of these is in scope for dispatch today.
Where we don't dispatch.
We'd rather say so than take a claim we can't service properly.
Alaska
Outside the program. Logistics and vendor availability don't currently support program-level response.
Hawaii
Outside the program. No credentialed vendor capacity in the islands at this time.
Puerto Rico
Under review for next year. Hurricane exposure makes it a priority for network expansion.
Send the claim. We have someone there.
Submit a service request with the loss location and we'll match a credentialed vendor in that zone.
