Home/Services/Hazardous Tree Removal

Hazardous tree removal, before it fails.

Compromised, structurally unsound, and imminent-failure trees removed by credentialed crews, including trees identified during an active claim.

Trade 03 / 08

Hazardous Tree Removal

Not every tree that threatens a structure has fallen yet. Storm-damaged trees, split leaders, root plate failures, and dead stems adjacent to insured structures are a known exposure that carriers often find mid-claim.

We dispatch crews qualified to remove trees that are already compromised. These are the removals where the tree will not behave predictably and technique matters more than horsepower.

What's covered

Scope under the program.

What a dispatch for this trade includes. Multi-trade losses are sequenced under one service request.

01

Imminent-failure removals

Trees with visible structural failure removed under controlled rigging.

02

Storm-compromised stems

Trees damaged in the event that cannot be left standing near a structure.

03

Proximity removals

Work over roofs, utilities, pools, and hardscape where drop zones are constrained.

04

Root plate and lean cases

Uprooted or leaning trees taken down without letting them go where they want to.

05

Stump treatment

Grinding or removal where the claim scope includes it.

Response & coordination

How this trade gets dispatched.

The program handles sequencing so trades on the same loss do not collide.

Qualified crew matching

Matched to vendors credentialed for technical removals, not general clearing.

Identified mid-claim

Hazard trees found while working a loss can be added to the existing file.

Documented condition

Condition photographed and recorded before removal so the scope is defensible.
